A third man has been arrested in connection with an assault in Cardiff. Police were called to a report of an assault in Pentyrch Street, Cathays, at around 6.15pm on Monday, December 22.
The victim, a 37-year-old man from Heath, remains in a critical condition at the University Hospital of Wales, police said tonight (Dec 26).
Three men have now been arrested as part of the investigation: A 51-year-old man from Mychandy was arrested today, December 26, and remains in custody along with a 47-year-old man from Adamsdown. South Wales Police are appealing for anyone with CCTV and/or dash-cam footage from Maindy Road, Pentyrch Street, Whitchurch Road, and Cathays Terrace, from between 4pm and 6.30pm on Monday, December 22.
