Angela Feenan died on Friday.
A pensioner has died after a crash in Co Down – the third fatal accident in as many days this Christmas.
Angela Feenan died in the two-vehicle collision on Boxing Day.
She was 73 and from the Downpatrick area.
Another man was taken to hospital, police said.
The accident happened on the Ardglass Road, Downpatrick.
Chief Inspector Simpson from the Collision Investigation Unit said: “Police received a report of a two vehicle collision, involving a Black Seat Arona and a white Vauxhall Insignia, at approximately 5.40pm on Friday evening.
“Officers attended alongside emergency services partners, however the driver of the Seat, 73 year old Angela Feenan from the Downpatrick area, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“The driver of the Vauxhall, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

“Ardglass Road was closed for some time but has since re-opened.”
It follows two other fatal accidents over the Christmas period.
Also on Boxing Day, Pádraig McDonald died after a collision near Cookstown, Co Tyrone.
The 20-year-old was from the Loughmacrory area.
A teenager also suffered “life-changing injuries” and several others remain injured.
Separately, young footballer Callum McVeigh died after an accident on Christmas Eve.
He was 23 and from the Crossgar in Co Down.
The PSNI said Mr McVeigh died following a single-vehicle accident involving a forklift which occurred on a laneway off the Holywood Road in the Craigantlet area of Newtownards.
Mr McVeigh played for Killyleagh Youth Club from Amateur League 1B.
