London is expected to play despite ‘questionable’ injury tag for Week 17.
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London is expected to play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 17. The team released its final injury report on Saturday and London received a questionable game designation. Head coach Raheem Morris said he feels “great” about the veteran wideout playing on Monday.
London returned after a four-week absence in Week 16 and had his least productive outing of the season (three catches for 27 yards). He is still dealing with a knee injury and may not be at 100 percent for the final two games.
Tight end Kyle Pitts has stepped up over the last month in London’s absence. Pitts now leads the Falcons with 80 catches for 854 receiving yards this season. Meanwhile, London ranks second on the team with 837 receiving yards.
Atlanta has also ruled out cornerback Mike Hughes, defensive lineman Sam Roberts and defensive back Clark Phillips III for Week 17.
The Falcons have their work cut out for them playing against a stingy Rams defense on Monday Night Football. The offense has come alive in recent weeks, but Los Angeles is in a different class than the Cardinals and Buccaneers.
The Rams have listed wide receiver Davante Adams as doubtful, so it could be another big day for Puka Nacua. Monday’s game starts at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN. The Falcons will be wearing their red throwback helmets in their final prime-time matchup of the 2025 NFL season.
