SARACENS have confirmed the signing of Wales scrum-half Tomos Williams for next season from Gloucester.
Williams was named Premiership Player of the Season in June and made Gloucester captain for the current campaign.
Gloucester had announced his impending departure earlier in December, with their Prem rivals confirming on Christmas Day that he will be joining the London club in the summer.
