Police officers are appealing for information to locate a missing 11-year-old boy. The child named Vame was last seen at 5pm on Friday, January 2 after leaving his home at Capel Llanilltern, Cardiff.

At the time of his disappearance he was wearing grey joggers, a navy Portugal football t-shirt and white Nike Air Force trainers. Officers from South Wales Police urged anyone with information to get in touch with the force.

The spokesman said: “We are appealing for your help to locate 11-year-old Vame, who is missing in Cardiff. Vame hasn’t been seen since 5pm today (Friday, January 2) when he left his home on Capel Llanilltern, Cardiff.

“At the time he went missing he was wearing grey joggers, a navy Portugal football t-shirt and white Nike Air Force trainers. Have you seen him? Please make contact – give reference 2600001745.”
