PANGTI, India — Bird-watching guide Janbemo Odyuo is piloting a small wooden canoe through a wetland off Aree Old village, in the northeastern Indian state of Nagaland, accompanied by two European bird-watchers who have come to see the migratory Amur falcon (Falco amurensis).
