Police say officers were called at 2.54pm to a “medical incident” and patrol officers attended the scene to assist with lane closures.

Paramedics were also in attendance.

A passerby who was a passenger in a car on the M20 saw a paramedic doing CPR.

The force has now released traffic in both directions.

More as we have it.
