I’ve used this product more times in a week than I’ve been to the gym in a month

I’m absolutely terrible when it comes to exercise, and will use every excuse under the sun to not go to the gym despite paying for a membership. Annoyingly when I actually drag myself to the gym I usually end up really enjoying it, but I made the decision to cancel my membership this Christmas to save some money.
I’d heard a lot of fuss about ‘walking pads’ and wanted to purchase one whilst it was reduced and give it a try to get back into a routine. Whilst I was at the gym I often walked on an incline for 30 minutes and usually ended up burning around 300 calories, don’t get me wrong, it was nothing strenuous but it did the job.
That’s why I wanted to purchase a walking pad with a slight incline, and came across this 4 in 1 Walking Pad with 9% Incline reduced from £169.99 to £99.99 (prices accurate at the time of writing). I can honestly say this product is way worth the hype, and I’ve already used it way more in a week than I went to the gym in a whole month.

It’s incredibly easy to use and isn’t too big so it’s easy to store, the only annoying thing is it doesn’t fold away, so I just balance it against the wall in my conservatory for ease. The incline isn’t anything mega, but it’s enough to burn 300 calories in 30 minutes which is what I usually used to do on a ’12 incline’ in the gym.
I’ve been using the walking pad every day
You can also lightly jog on the walking pad if you want to, but I prefer to walk because I’m a bit lazy. It’s a great way of working up a bit of a sweat in the comfort of your own home, and recently I’ve been enjoying binging my favourite Netflix shows whilst walking on it.
On the Amazon website, the full product description reads: “The FOUSAE walking pad is expertly engineered for four core activities: work, walking, jogging, and incline training. It offers precise speed ranges for each use: work at 1-3 km/h (0.5-1.5 mph), walking at 3–5 km/h (1.5-3 mph), jogging at 5–10 km/h (3-6.2 mph). This versatility effectively meets the daily fitness and wellness needs of busy young professionals and health-conscious middle-aged and elderly users
“The walking pad can be manually adjusted to increase the slope. A 9% increase in slope can help improve the exercise effect by 50%. Whether it’s increasing or decreasing the inclination, it only takes one second to adjust, without the cumbersome step of tightening screws. When in use with incline, if each shock-absorbing column is adjusted to touch the ground, the shock-absorbing effect can be enhanced by 50%..”
It comes with a handy remote control if you want to pause your walking or running or increase your speed, which all adds to the ease of the gadget. It takes a few tries to really get the hang of it in terms of balance, but once you’ve got it, it’s a fabulous gadget.
Maybe the novelty will wear off, but I’ve been using this product every day since I got it. It’s easy to use and I only need to pop downstairs to burn some calories.
You can purchase it here for a reduced price of £99.99 (prices accurate at the time of writing).
For a cheaper option that doesn’t have an incline, Amazon is also selling this Walden Sports 2-in-1 Under Desk Treadmill for £59.98. Check it out here.
