A budget-friendly city break to Prague is the perfect antidote to the January blues, offering a change of scenery after the expense of the festive season. With its fairytale skyline and cosy cafes on every corner, the city feels particularly magical at this time of year.

Another added: “Excellent The location of the hotel is central. It is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, the old town can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes along the Vltava.”
One solo traveller was less impressed however, noting ” I am not happy with the minimum two deals policy. I am a single traveller and don’t expect to pay extra for single occupancy.”
Hailed as being “excellent value” a further five-stare review added: “The location of the hotel was excellent as it is sited so you have easy access to the new town, the old town & the river area. Local bars & restaurants were good and well priced and the beautiful city of Prague was easily explored.”
