A FOREST developer has scooped a top prize in the WhatHouse? Awards for the third year running.
Churchill Living took the title ‘Best Retirement Home Developer’, making it a hat trick for the Ringwood-based business.
A glittering ceremony held at JW Mariott Grosvenor House Hotel in London was hosted by TV and radio presenter Gabby Logan.
The judges’ highlighted Churchill’s exceptional performance during a difficult year for the entire house building industry, saying: “Churchill leads the way in later living, with its unwavering commitment to this sector – not just in the quality of developments it builds right across the UK, but in its tireless championing of the residential and social needs of older people.”
