Oisin Murphy can notch up a Kempton Park double for punters tonight.

The champion jockey’s best ride on the card is UP THE ANTI in the Bet £20 Get £20 With Unibet Handicap (6.00) over seven furlongs.

Trained by Tony Carroll, who is currently in tip-top form, the daughter of Holy Roman Emperor had flopped at Southwell in November having previously won on heavy ground at Bath.

But the Kempton all-weather circuit clearly suited her when she sprung a 50-1 surprise at the Sunbury track 28 days ago over six furlongs, coming with a late rattle from well off the pace to nab the lead from front-running Pinjarra approaching the line to win by half a length.

Up just 3lb for that success a follow up success is on the cards.

An hour later Murphy teams up with Michael Bell on RAJINOORA in the Try Unibet’s Same Race Multi Handicap (7.00) over mile.

This lightly raced four-year-old opened her account at the fifth attempt at Epsom in July over seven furlongs, but was not seen again until 27 days ago at Chelmsford, when chasing home Tonal by a length and a half, giving 11lb to the winner.

That was a fine effort after a 133-day break and improvement beckons off 2lb higher.
