The final remaining stands are being snapped up for fine food and drink producers who are keen to get a slice of the Scottish speciality food market at Scotland’s only fine food & drink trade show – Scotland’s Speciality Food & Drink Show, which takes place at the SEC, Glasgow from 18-20 Jan 2026.

Renowned for the quality, provenance and innovation of its produce, Scottish food and drink continues to attract buyers far beyond Scotland. Farm shops, tourist shops, cafes, restaurants and delis are all encouraged to attend to ensure their shelves are packed with exciting produce for the year ahead.

The latest exhibitors include Angles Dare Cocktails, Arngask Home Farm, Buck & Birch spirits, Chocolates of Glenshiel, Brownhill Whisky Company and Holleys Fine Food.

This year’s Show features a packed programme of talks and panel discussions designed to give retailers practical insight into key trends and challenges shaping the sector.

Programme highlights include retail trends panel discussion; digital masterclasses on TikTok, Social Media Selling and AI; a one-to-one interview with House of Bruar CEO; a panel discussion on the future of Scotland’s town centres; trademark protection and anti-copywright guidance for small producers and retailers; a traditional sales masterclass; a deep dive into EPR and the new packaging schemes; and a session exploring what ‘Made in Scotland’ means for Scotland’s food & drink.

In addition, at 1pm on Mon 19 and Tues 20, there will be a lively Nessie’s Den session where Launch Gallery exhibitors pitch their products to retailers and experts for their feedback. Tuesday’s panel features food experts Ben Dale from Cairn Lodge Services, Karol Rzepkowski from Victor Hugo delis and Callum Nimmo from Sainsbury’s as Nessies, hosted by Adam Hardie, Head of Food & Drink, Johnston Carmichael. Monday’s session will focus on gift and trade exhibitors.

The Best Product Awards will once again celebrate suppliers with innovative, commercial, delicious products across the Show, culminating in an awards ceremony at the end of the first day. All exhibitors are encouraged to enter with the winners receiving free stand space for 2027.

“Scotland’s Speciality Food & Drink Show is the only fine food trade Show in Scotland in 2026, making it a vital place for buyers to discover, taste and look at new ranges, innovative products and re-connect with existing suppliers,” said Show Director Mark Saunders. “From standout products to powerful networking and insight, it’s a date every retailer should have locked into their diary: 18–20 January.”
