Olly Thomas has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract extension with Bristol City.
The forward has put pen to paper on an extension until the summer of 2028 and Thomas will also spend the rest of this season on loan at Scottish Championship side Dunfermline Athletic.
Born in Bristol and raised in Bradley Stoke, the 20-year-old played for Mangotsfield and South Gloucestershire before joining the club’s academy as an Under-16.
Signing a professional deal in March 2023, the young forward made his City debut in October 2025 in the 1-0 Sky Bet Championship win over Birmingham City.
Technical Director Brian Tinnion said: “We are pleased Olly has signed an extension after what has been a positive few months for him, including a first team debut.
“Dunfermline is a great loan for him and one where we he can get valuable first team football. We look forward to seeing how he does.”
