The stolen quad bike was discovered in a field in Tyersal while police were out trying to locate a stolen motorbike.
A spokesperson for Operation Steerside said: “Whilst searching the Bradford South and Leeds West policing areas for recently sighted stolen motorbike we spotted this Honda TRX520 quad in a field in the Tyersal area.
“Working alongside Bradford South NPT we flushed it out and arrested one person on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle.
“Quad recovered, enquiries into the theft ongoing.”
