A cyclist is in hospital after being hit by a car in Leeds on Boxing Day.
West Yorkshire Police were called to a report of a blue Seat Leon crashing into a black bike at 4.55pm on Boxing Day. This took place in Leeds on the A61 Scott Hall Road at the junction with Buslingthorpe Lane.
The cyclist was injured in the crash and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Now, the police are looking to speak with anyone who witnessed the crash, or anyone with any dashcam footage. A force spokesman said: “Police are appealing for witnesses and any dashcam footage after a cyclist was injured in a collision in Leeds on Boxing Day.
“A report was received at 4.55pm on Friday 26 December 2025, of a collision involving a blue Seat Leon and a black bike on the A61 Scott Hall Road at the junction with Buslingthorpe Lane.
“The cyclist was injured and taken to hospital.
“Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed this collision and are also urging anyone who was in the area around the time of this collision to check if they have captured any relevant dashcam footage.”
