A Riley Brandt goal was enough to secure victory for Cardiff Devils over Glasgow Clan in the Elite League.
Devils were looking for a response after going down 2-1 at Manchester Storm on Saturday.
It arrived in the 26th minute back at the Vindico Arena when Tyson Helgesen and Brett Perlini set up Brandt’s score.
Devils return to action as they seek revenge at home to Storm on Saturday, followed by a trip to Guildford Flames the following day.
Clan resume their campaign on Friday when they travel to Storm.
