A criminal is on the run after absconding from an open prison in the county.
Michael Dunn, 53, pictured, left HMP Standford Hill on the Isle of Sheppey without permission at around 8.55am yesterday morning (January 10).

Dunn was jailed for six years and four months in September 2023 after pleading guilty to robbery offences committed in Maidstone.
He was last seen wearing a grey hooded top, dark bottoms and black trainers, as well as a black hat and scarf.
Officers from Kent Police are following a number of lines of inquiry to locate him and are now appealing for the public’s assistance.
Anyone who sees him or knows where he is should not approach him and should call 999 quoting reference 10-0558.
