Love Island host Maya Jama has stripped down to a tiny bikini as she soaked up some much-needed rays by the pool, leaving fans swooning on Instagram.

The presenter had planned to kick off filming for Love Island All Stars yesterday, but the launch was postponed after wildfires ripped through the Western Cape near the villa.

With production on hold for safety reasons, Maya is making the most of the unexpected free time and her followers are loving every second. She flaunted her enviable figure in jaw-dropping two-piece snaps, going make-up free to highlight her natural beauty.

In one shot, Maya could be seen lounging poolside in a pose worthy of a fashion shoot, looking every bit the model. Fans rushed to gush over the snaps, with one writing: “Beautiful pic.”

Another added: “I just can’t cope, wow.” A third said: “My idea of heaven.”

The delay comes after ITV confirmed filming had been axed due to the nearby fires. A spokesperson said: “Further to a production evacuation owing to ongoing wildfires in the area, our assessment of the location site has concluded that filming will need to be postponed.

“Health and safety is our greatest priority and will always come first, and therefore the transmission of Love Island: All Stars will be delayed until a date to be confirmed.”

Maya is currently staying at her private villa, while contestants are with individual chaperones, as the production team keeps a close eye on conditions. The fires, fanned by scorching 34C heat and strong winds, broke out within two miles of the villa in Franschhoek’s wine region, forcing crews to evacuate on Friday.

A source told the Daily Star: “This is a massive nightmare for ITV but they’re doing everything they can to keep the show on track. Bosses will take another call today and the series is expected to air later this week. Everyone is safe and the crew are going to play it by ear as to when it is safe for the contestants to enter the villa.”
