Vastint UK has appointed Penny Cameron from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) as the firm’s new managing director. 

Cameron, who has more than 30 years’ experience in delivering high-profile, mixed-use regeneration and residential schemes, joins Vastint UK after almost three years as head of development at URW, where she was responsible for the company’s mixed-use UK development pipeline.

In hew new role, she will lead the company’s nationwide development strategy across regeneration projects including Sugar House Island in East London, Aire Park in Leeds and Embankment in Cardiff.

She succeeds Stephen Lindley, who is departing the business after a decade as finance director and three years as managing director.
