A spokesperson for Ballymore said the works will turn the site into “a thriving place full of character” that will not only support the development’s residents but thousands in the wider community. Ballymore’s and Sainsbury’s plans for Canal Way will deliver office space, a healthcare facility, nursery or creche, restaurants, a leisure centre, a neighbourhood centre as well as a public park, plus the homes.
