Grain, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant brand, is set to celebrate the Grand Launch of its flagship Holborn store with a dedicated launch event next week.
The restaurant, located at 272 High Holborn, first opened in November last year. The Grand Launch will run from 19th to 24th January and will feature a special offer of 50% off all set bowls, Build Your Own Bowls and Matcha products.
No limitations on how many of these items customers can order.
Founded by a collective of chefs, hospitality and retail entrepreneurs with multi-site experience, Grain’s mission is to bring honesty back to fast food and to create a scalable, sustainable brand that meets growing demand for health-driven dining without compromise
The Holborn branch lets customers assemble their own bowls and pitas from a range of unprocessed bases, proteins, and dips.
Designed with Terry Moore (Hotel Chocolat), the space features an open kitchen and a sun-washed palette designed for high-footfall urban spaces.
The opening was the first move in Grain’s national rollout. The company plans to open ten more restaurants in major UK cities in 2026, with a longer-term target of 50 sites by 2030.
Discussions are underway with landlords, developers, and investors to secure sites in key retail, transport, and university areas.
A Grain spokesperson said: “This grand launch gives us a chance to properly connect with the Holborn community. We wanted to create an event that encourages people in the area to come in, try Grain for the first time, and experience what our Mediterranean menu is all about.
It’s about sharing great food, meeting our neighbours, and firmly establishing Grain in the London food scene.”
