EastEnders fans said they have ‘no sympathy’ for Ravi Gulati as he turned ‘full John Wick’ in a major twist to try and prevent some Albert Square exits.
Last week saw the drug dealer Ravi spiked by Nicioa Mitchell and left in a pit by Harry Mitchell, who Ravi kidnapped last year. The Mitchells were out for revenge over the incident which ended up with Harry going to rehab.
On top of this, Ravi’s henchman Okie was accidentally killed by Harry as they fought over a knife. Harry’s beloved dad Teddy Mitchell is now in prison after taking the blame for Okie’s death.
Harry and Nicola decided to take action after noticing that Ravi was walking around Albert Square without a care in the world on the BBC soap. In reality, Ravi is working as a police informant for his rival Jack Branning.
During his spiking ordeal, Ravi began to imagine his evil dad Nish Panesar, who he killed last year, taunting him. In a brutal twist, Ravi ended up attacking his son Nugget thinking it was Nish.
On Monday (January 12), Ravi woke up in the street with no recollection of what happened the night before. Later, Ravi confessed everything to his partner Priya Nandra-Hart, only to be left rattled as detectives began investigating the incident.
In scenes aired on Tuesday night (January 13), Ravi desperately sought answers over what led Nugget to land in hospital. The police warned Harry that one of his enemies may be behind the attack.

While this was happening, Harry feared what happened would come back to him and Nicola when Ravi worked out who drugged him. He said: “I know what I would do if I was his old man. I’d start trying to fill in some of them blanks, and all of them are gonna come back to us.
“Even if he doesn’t think we did it, we still put him out of action just when his boy gets beaten up. He’s gonna be out for blood, mum.”
Nicola eventually came up with a plan for her, Harry and Barney Mitchell to leave Walford until things cooled down. Harry agreed when he learned that Nugget had no memory of what happened.
However, Ravi put two and two again when he heard Barney telling Zack Hudson that he was leaving with his family over his mum potentially ‘panicking about being found out’ over something.
In a stunning twist, Ravi ran home to grab a baseball bat and locked Priya in their flat to stop her from chasing him. The episode concluded with Ravi kicking down the Mitchells door brandishing his weapon.
Following the episode, EastEnders fans rushed to social media to have their say on Ravi’s latest drama. However, many of them are struggling to feel sorry for him after what he did to Harry in the first place.
@AmandaLouise_K said on X, previously known as Twitter: “Glad the storyline with Ravi hasn’t been dragged out, also known it wouldn’t take him long to work it out. #EastEnders.” @xxAlicia89 added: “Ravi’s worked out Nicola spiked him. I’m ready for all the drama now #EastEnders.”
@RyanSoapKing25 wrote: “ICONIC! Dark Ravi is officially back – I just hope to god this doesn’t fall back on Harry. I can see Nicola getting out of this but if Harry is unscathed then a possible 3rd relapse is on the cards and that would be heartbreaking for him. #EastEnders.”
@dussa7 commented on Reddit: “No sympathy with Ravi and can’t believe how much people forget everything he’s done. Nugget is the only victim here. Oh and all the people he’s peddled drugs to over the years. @ListenWorking noted: “Ravi or John wick at the end there.”
