Hammerson, the largest UK-listed owner of prime retail and leisure, has agreed a flagship letting to Sephora at Cabot Circus.
The letting marks the first location for Sephora in the South West.
The global beauty brand is set to open the Cabot Circus store in Spring 2026.
Paul O’Brien, director of leasing & commercialisation at Hammerson, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Sephora to Cabot Circus and we know customers will be too.
“Securing this beauty powerhouse underpins Cabot Circus’ leading position in the South-West and underscores the demand for our prime city location.
“It builds on a series of carefully curated new arrivals across retail, food, drink and leisure.
“These brands are choosing to grow with us in the heart of Bristol, drawn to our location and catchment across the city and beyond, enabling the best and latest experiences for our customers.”
Sarah Boyd, managing director, Sephora UK, added: “Bristol is a city that thrives on creativity, individuality and self-expression – values that sit at the very heart of Sephora.
“We’re thrilled to be opening our doors in Cabot Circus, bringing our world-class beauty experience to a vibrant community that celebrates art, innovation and culture.
“We can’t wait to meet Bristol’s passionate beauty lovers and share the latest trends, brands and experiences with them.”
The deal follows a series of new openings at Cabot Circus, including the launch of a Uniqlo and flagship M&S store last year.
