Can’t Stop booking gig tickets? Hey Oh, that might not end here, you know. The bass slapper extraordinaire that goes by the name of Flea, of Red Hot Chili Peppers fame, is heading out on a run of intimate shows in Europe and North America this year.
He’ll play the KOKO in London on May 26 on the tour that also sees him play European shows in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Paris, and follow gigs in the US. Each show follows the release of his solo album, Honora, which drops on March 27.

Honora will be the first solo album from the Chili Peppers bassist, and it will feature guest contributions from the likes of Nick Cave and Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke. Alongside the announcement of the tour and album today, the track with Yorke, titled Traffic Lights, was also released as a single. A Plea, which is set to be the album’s second song, was also released last month.
Red Hot Chili Peppers’ last recorded output came in 2022, when they released two studio albums, titled Return Of The Canteen Dream and Unlimited Love. It was their first material with guitarist John Frusciante since Stadium Arcadium, after he rejoined the band in 2019, having left in 2009.
