West Midlands Fire Service closed a road in both directions following a bus leak.
A precautionary 50 metre safety cordon was put in place after a pipe ruptured on a bus near the Asda on Haslucks Green Road in Shirley, around 2pm on Wednesday.
A National Express West Midlands mechanic is on the scene and the area cleared of passengers, traffic and pedestrians.

Solihull Borough Council has been requested to assist with the clean-up.
Haslucks Green Road between A34 and Victoria Crescent was reopened around 4pm.
An image posted by Solihull Updates shows a cordon and cars being diverted by the fire service.

NXWM posted on X: “Incident on Haslucks Green Road #Shirley Service 5, 27 and 49 will be diverting in both directions via: Stratford Road, Baldwins Lane (5/27) Newborough Road (49).
“Apologies for any disruption to your journey.”
There was said to be minimal disruption during the incident.
