A footballer who went missing after boarding a train to Birmingham almost a week ago has been found.
The 35-year-old was said to have travelled from Doncaster in south Yorkshire to the Midlands on Saturday, April 26.
His club, Brigg Town in north Lincolnshire, raised the alarm on Tuesday, April 29, with fellow amateur club Scawthorpe Athletic FC posting the same day saying Leon had ‘been off the grid since Saturday morning’.

He was said to have travelled to Birmingham as a friend of a friend had a new nightclub in the region.
But his phone was going straight to answerphone and family and friends were said to be ‘worried’.
Brigg Town posted: “First team player Leon Osborne has been missing since Saturday morning when he was last seen going to Birmingham via Doncaster Train Station.
“His phone is going straight to answer phone. We ask for everyone to please share this far and wide to get any information we can for Ozzy’s family and friends who are worried about him.”
He was spotted on CCTV getting on a train from Birmingham to Shrewsbury.
And his phone then pinged in the Donnington/Telford area yesterday.

But the footballer, who played for Bradford City in the Football League, as well as a host of amateur clubs in the north and east of the country, has now been found.
Brigg posted an update on Thursday, May 1, which said: “We are pleased to let everyone know that first team player Leon Osborne has been found.
“We cannot thank everyone enough for all their shares over the last few days.
“It just shows how a community can come together when it’s needed. Thank you all.”
