Construction giant Heron Bros is planning to build a £25m industrial complex outside Londonderry with the potential to create 100 jobs.
The family company, which is based in Draperstown and led by group managing director Damien O’Callaghan, lodged an application for the storage and distribution facility at Campsie Industrial Estate on December 22 last year.
