A van has overturned on a busy road in Cardiff. The incident has taken place on Cowbridge Road east, with the vehicle coming to a rest on the pavement near to the entrance of the NHS Digital Health and Care Wales building.
The van is emblazoned with Enterprise branding, which is a rent-a-car company. South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is currently at the scene.

It is performing a “scene safety” role, the spokesman said, adding that the incident is ongoing.
