According to the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team, Brad picked up 11th position during the sprint in Jerez, Spain, after a close miss for the qualifier two on Saturday morning, April 26.
“I expected more from the Sprint, but the conditions were quite different compared to the morning; it was a lot greasier on track and trickier. I tried my best to manage it.
The pace wasn’t bad, but I was still too slow.
“We have a bit too much chatter and we need more edge grip, but my guys have some ideas and we’ll see what we can do tomorrow,” Brad said before the race.
MotoGP’s official website announced Brad placed sixth on the Circuit de Jerez-Angel Nieto, earning him 10 points for the World Championship Standings.
Brad is currently 11th in the standings with 32 points and will race again in France at the Michelin Grand Prix de France on May 9–11.
