One of London’s top comedy nights is taking its show on the road with a stacked line-up of side-splitting performers.

Live Next to the Apollo, which has enjoyed a three-year sell-out residency at Riverside Studios near London’s Hammersmith Apollo, is now bringing its popular night of stand-up comedy to the Churchill Theatre in Bromley.

The tour features a rotating line-up of comics, with the Kent date being led by acclaimed writer and performer Jen Brister.

The Brighton-based comedian has appeared on shows such as Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week and QI. Her memoir, the Other Mother, which details her IVF journey, was published in 2019 and her latest tour, Reactive, is currently touring the country.

The Bromley show will also include a set from Laura Smyth, who has spent the last few years building her comedy career after working in schools as an English teacher for most of her adult life.

She has already supported Jack Whitehall and Alan Davies on tour and appeared on the likes of QI, Live at the Apollo and Would I Lie to You.

Completing the line-up is multi-award-winning comedian Jeff Innocent, whose blend of East End charm and philosophical wit has earned him millions of online views.
