Hollyoaks’ Cleo McQueen and Sienna Blake face a life-threatening situation this week, when baby Joseph is suddenly rushed to hospital. As the pair are left in complete turmoil, suspicion turns to struggling Cleo. Could she have accidentally caused this incident?
Since returning to the village after a stay in hospital treating her postpartum psychosis, Cleo has found it difficult to return to normal life and look after her baby boy.
Her relationship with Sienna has been truly tested during this time, and the couple have continued to clash over what is best for Joseph.
They appear to be back on track in upcoming episodes though, as next week Cleo and Sienna pack up their things after Cleo agreed to move in with the Blakes so she can get the support she needs.

However, this comes on a dramatic day in the McQueen house that ends with Sienna’s twin brother Dodger bravely telling his loved ones that he was raped in Liverpool last year.
As the week continues, Cleo is increasingly overwhelmed by baby Joseph’s cries. She gets no help from Sienna, who is giving her the cold shoulder after finding out that Cleo has secretly known about Dodger’s ordeal for months…
“Cleo and Sienna are at odds once again,” warns our insider. “Sienna feels totally betrayed that both Cleo and Dodger have kept something so big from her. Their tense argument is interrupted by Dodger and Theresa, but once she is alone, Cleo lets her anger out by screaming into a pillow.”

Liberty advises Sienna to be there for Cleo in her hour of need, despite her feelings about the current situation.
But meanwhile, Cleo continues to spiral alone back in the flat. She imagines herself snapping at Sienna’s daughter Sophie but is horrified when she realises that the whole thing was in her head.
Sienna decides to take Liberty’s advice on board and returns home to try and make amends – but when she heads inside, she finds Cleo fast asleep on the sofa and Joseph having a seizure.

Cleo soon wakes up to discover what is going on, and she and Sienna are panicked by Joseph’s sudden health scare.
They take him to the hospital where he receives treatment, but Misbah and Gemma are concerned. The doctors are worried that Cleo could have suffered from a postpartum psychosis episode and harmed Joseph.
Are their suspicions correct, and could vulnerable Cleo be responsible for Joseph’s condition?
