Sally Lindsay has been confirmed for a new nostalgic chat show vodcast that will take viewers back in time to their favourite TV moments. A Night In with Sally Lindsay will see the Mount Pleasant star joined by a celebrity guest to “take a look at the TV moments that have shaped their lives – from childhood favourites and genre obsessions to the shows that inspired their careers”.
A synopsis continues: “As they laugh, reminisce and occasionally cringe at their guilty pleasures, Sally gently draws out the stories behind the screens: how certain programmes sparked ambition, soothed tough times, fuelled family traditions or became the backdrop to major life moments.
“Blending the comfort of classic telly with the joy of discovering what today’s stars are really watching, this is a feel-good, personal, and deeply relatable celebration of the power of television.”
Set to air on 5, a launch date for the series will be confirmed in due course.
Another star-studded vodcast series has also been confirmed for 5, which will be available on all podcast outlets, YouTube, 5 streaming, and live TV.

Sally’s vodcast news comes as she confirmed she is set to star alongside Jill Halfpenny in 5 thriller series Number One Fan later this year.
The Madame Blanc Mysteries star and The Feud actor lead the cast of the show, which follows a beloved TV presenter whose career is threatened when a fan saves her from a vicious attack.
Speaking about their casting, executive producer Mike Benson said: “We’ve obviously worked numerous times with two of the most talented actresses in the country in Sally and Jill – but never before in the same show,” Benson said in a statement.
“Seeing them both together on screen – and in two very surprising roles – is something I know viewers will be every bit as excited about as we are.”
