Sean Roper, from Paul Fosh Auctions, said: “To coin a phrase there is no chain in this sale of a single public convenience toilet to the rear of a commercial centre in Ammanford. Basically the lot, at Ty Bach Twt, 33 Station Road, which we’ve listed with a guide price of just £1, consists of a toilet and sink basin in a small unit and that’s it.

Bannau Brycheiniog and the Black Mountain are within a few miles of the town while Carreg Cennen Castle, one of the most famous and picturesque in Wales, is a short drive away.
