Bristol City are proud to launch a new Family Room at Ashton Gate, providing a safe and welcoming space to those requiring infant nursing facilities.

The Family Room will be open from Saturday, January 24th, when City take on Sheffield Wednesday.

Supporters can find the Family Room on the fourth floor of the Lansdown Stand (in the Family Area) and nearest to the W8 and W9 vomitory. Supporters are advised to use the stairs or lift nearest to A8 in the concourse to gain access to the room.

To access the Family Room on matchday, locate your nearest steward for assistance.

Private, quiet and comfortable, the Family Room also provides baby changing facilities and a bottle warmer.

Head of Strategy Michelle Dring said: “We’re delighted to open a designated Family Room for our supporters on matchday.

“This has been a key initiative for us and an area of focus in our Fan Engagement Plan and we’re pleased to open this space.

“We pride ourselves on being inclusive and enhancing our matchday and supporter experience and this is another important step in the right direction.”

Supporters must have a match ticket but the Family Room is free to use once inside the stadium, subject to availability.

The Family Room is open from the time that turnstiles open until the final whistle.
