Katie Price’s ex-boyfriend JJ Slater looked like he was making his feelings clear as the former glamour model announced she is married to her new partner – putting two fingers up in a shirtless snap.
This weekend, the mum-of-five revealed her engagement to Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews and shortly after, she confirmed they had tied the knot in what she described as “a wedding at first sight”. The whirlwind romance came just a few days after Katie, 47, confirmed her split from Married At First Sight UK star JJ after a two-year relationship.
As Katie shocked fans and her own family with the announcement of her engagement to Lee, 32-year-old JJ cut the final tie with his former girlfriend by unfollowing her on Instagram. As we revealed last night, JJ’s profile no longer follows Katie, while Katie’s Instagram profile still follows her former flame.

Today JJ, who is spending time in Miami after his recent break-up, seemed positive despite the news that Katie has now married for the fourth time. He took to his Instagram Stories to share some insight into his day, with a photo of a jet ski, which he captioned: “Toys are coming out today.”
JJ also shared a photo while relaxing on a yacht and a mirror selfie of him with his two fingers extended. While he didn’t caption the image, he could be seen smiling for the photo as he showed off his heavily tattooed chest.
It comes as a source has claimed JJ has been left “blindsided” by Katie’s surprise engagement. Meanwhile, Katie’s family are said to be concerned that she may be “moving too fast” following her split from JJ Slater only weeks ago.
Talking to The Sun, a source explained that the family only learnt of Katie’s engagement to Lee via their Instagram posts this week and were “stunned” as they hadn’t yet met yet. “It came as a massive shock,” the source said.
Following the announcement of their break-up, JJ wiped all traces of their shared snaps from his Instagram. Katie confirmed their split and disclosed that the relationship had been “over months” before Christmas.

On the latest episode of her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she declared: “I don’t wanna waste my time. You know, if I’m not loved up and it’s not going, these are mistakes I’ve made in the past. You stay, just go along, and then it ends up getting nasty. Yeah.
“And I don’t want that. So I’d rather have nipped it in the bud sooner rather than later. But yeah, I was there at Christmas, because, you know, the family and stuff, because it was already arranged, but it was over ages ago, really.”
Speaking to her sister Sophie Price on the podcast, she added: “Me and JJ, our relationship for months wasn’t right but he’s such a nice guy. I cannot fault him in anyway possible, there was no ultimatum – I think they said because I wouldn’t marry him or have a baby, that is a load of rubbish. And, if I’m honest, I love the guy but I’m not in love with him and what’s the point in carrying on the relationship?
“The family love him, all the family love him, but I’m the one going out with him so it becomes like a best friend, basically. In a relationship you wanna have everything and it just wasn’t there for me, but you know that. We actually split up a few months ago and then I said how I felt about it, obviously if it would change and it just never did.”
The former couple started their romance in late 2023, after her break up with ex-fiancé Carl Woods. It’s reported that she first reached out to him following his stint on the E4 show, although he had previously messaged Katie years earlier, complimenting her looks.
