More than 90% of Boots shoppers recommend Yardley Bluebell & Sweet Pea EDT and it only costs £18 for 125ml.
This ‘light, feminine and fresh, fruity floral‘ fragrance blends uplifting citrus, bergamot, lemon and cassis chords with heart notes of bluebell, jasmine, rose, lily of the valley and peony accented with a touch of sweet pea and enhanced with smooth, woody notes, vanilla and musk.

By comparison, Next has Just Pink perfume for £26 for a 200ml bottle and Amazon has Yardley London English Rose for £17.99 for a 125 ml bottle.

The Yardley fragrance gets an overall 4.6 star rating from more than 40 reviews. One happy shopper said: “I have had so many years of complimentary remarks from others when wearing this perfume. It’s beautiful.”
Another added: “Great perfume in lovely packaging and reasonable price.”
A third agreed: “Yardley – who knew? Very impressed. First time I have tried this but was tempted as it is a mixture of my two favourite flower scents. Really pleased I did. Very happy with my purchase.”
However, one was disappointed: “First time purchase of a Yardley perfume. It’s a very light and fresh scent. Unfortunately the fact that it has no lasting effect is disappointing but that is reflected in the price. One that needs a lot of reapplying.”
Boots describes the perfume as follows: “Within our new contemporary floral range, the English Bluebell fragrance by Yardley is inspired by a diverse variety of flowers.
“Containing 90% naturally derived ingredients and a vegetable derived alcohol base, it’s a light, feminine and fresh, fruity floral fragrance.”
