Bianca Censori has found her trousers after turning heads last week but left the bra at home as she headed out in West Hollywood for a facial.
Her recent bottomless excursion was for date night with Kanye West, wearing sheer pink tights under a bodysuit.
The Australian architect and model, 31, has attracted significant attention in the years since marrying the rapper, due to her extreme outfits.
While she has insisted that attention is not her ‘goal’ (as told via another woman dressed in a latex bodysuit and a Bianca mask), it’s something she garners regardless.
For this trip to the beautician, she donned what’s fast becoming her standard outfit: a bodysuit and sheer leggings.
She went braless in the backless black top, completing the look with matching sheer black leggings, fluffy leg warmers and black sunglasses.

It was a surprisingly more clothed look than we’ve seen on Bianca since she married Kanye, who goes by Ye, in 2022.
It’s been alleged that the rapper is policing her to wear (or rather not wear) certain clothes as well as controlling her diet and exercise regimen.
Bianca never speaks out amid the huge speculation, except for a recent — and bizarre — chat with Interview magazine.
Last month, she (through her lookalike) told the publication: ‘A woman in the public eye is forced to watch versions of herself multiply without her consent.

Kanye has hit out at people who claimed he was forcing his wife to wear this never-ending parade of exposing outfits.
Taking to social media last year with a shocking rant, he tweeted: ‘I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE THIS AINT NO WOKE AS FEMINIST S**T SHES WITH A BILLIONAIRE WHY WOULD SHE LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU DUMB A** BROKE B*****S.’

He also called anyone who criticised the revealing looks ‘dumb’ and ‘lame’, later releasing a song in which he hinted at a breakup then pleaded with her to come back.
‘Bianca, I just want you to come back / Come back to me / I know what I did to make you mad,’ he sang.
Skin showing is the least of Bianca’s worries while at her beautician’s, as she’s previously been fined for parking in a disabled bay.
While attending a dermatologist appointment in Beverly Hills, the model was issued a ticket by an officer and spotted rushing back to her car.

Before this she was seen out shopping in Australia with her family, again wearing very little.
She went for a lilac and nude-toned bodysuit that she paired with a metallic purple bra and visible white underwear.
The looks have become her most identifying quality, particularly after certain stunts like her wearing a pillow or a completely sheer dress to the Grammys.
