Willie’s eyeing it up again…
Can anyone stop Willie Mullins in the battle for the British Jump Trainers’ Championship? The Closutton maestro’s on a hat-trick after emulating Irish legend Vincent O’Brien by landing back-to-back titles.
Dan Skelton’s probably sick of the sight of the Closutton maestro after near misses in the last two seasons. He’s made a lightning-fast start to the campaign, however, and has built a commanding lead before Mullins really gets going in Britain. Paul Nicholls will also be eager to snatch back the crown as he seeks a record-equalling 15th title, although he’s a long way off the pace.
The National Hunt season started in May and concludes on Saturday, 25th April at Sandown.
