Eunice Power, chef, entrepreneur and author of My Irish Kitchen Table, joins me on this week’s episode of The Real Health Podcast.

We started by discussing how she got into cooking. She explained, “I went to Shannon, did hotel management, loved that whole hospitality piece. I always knew I would. Then worked in Switzerland, worked in London, and I think it’s that you only appreciate what you have when you go away, so when I came back, I got married, I had the kids and I wanted to work from home, and I just taught myself how to cook.”
