There could be trouble ahead for one EastEnders family, as newcomer Bea appears to have a new target.

The character was recently introduced as an old school pal of Linda Carter, before she began to form a bond with Honey Mitchell. Amid viewers of the BBC soap being convinced that she’s targeting Honey in a sinister new storyline, spoilers appear to confirm a new character is in her sights.

According to teasers for next week, Bea advises Honey to take aim at another character, pushing her to take action after past drama. Bea appears to be frustrated with the way Vinny Panesar speaks to Honey, who she is desperate to have a friendship with.

When Honey ends up hurting her back while working at the shop, Suki Panesar’s abrupt attitude about the situation only infuriates Bea further. She shares some worrying advice to Honey, that puts Suki in possible trouble.

Annoyed over the day’s events, Bea tells Honey that she should sue the Panesars for her workplace injury. It’s unclear whether Honey does this, but it’s clear Bea wants trouble, and this soon escalates.

Causing further drama, Bea persuades Honey to drink wine at the Minute Mart and they fantasise about suing Suki. After a few drinks, Honey lets her guard down and makes a big confession.

She shares the secret that in the past, Suki tried to kiss her. It happened a while ago and was resolved, but Honey feels the need to bring it back up to a stunned Bea.

So what will Bea do with this information, and why is Bea so keen to target Suki and the Panesars? Perhaps it’s to get in Honey’s good books, or maybe something more sinister is at play.

It comes in the fallout of viewers predicting Bea might be related to Honey, or that she might be trying to steal her life. Her weird and slightly obsessive behaviour sparked concern that she was targeting Honey for a reason.

Fans wondered if the soap was heading down a Single White Female style plot, similar to the thriller film from the 90s. One fan shared: “The concept of Bea pulling a Single White Female on Honey.”

Another fan said: “There’s something so sinister about Bea and I can’t put my finger on it.” A third fan posted: “Bea single white female of the square.”

A fourth viewer commented: “Bea is giving Single White Female vibes,” as another said: “There’s something very sinister about this woman.” A further post read: “I’ll bet all my money on her being the next psycho.”
