Counter, the specialist tech consultancy brand from Manchester-HQ’d Northcoders, has strengthened its growth ambitions and talent capability with the appointments of Stephen Dujakovic and Michelle Wilde.
Dujakovic joins Counter as client growth & partnership lead in London. He brings more than 20 years’ experience across consultancy, biotech, fintech and business development. His career spans New Zealand, the United States, and the UK, giving him a global perspective on scaling partnerships and building high-impact client relationships.
Educated in France and New Zealand, with qualifications in international commerce and postgraduate business administration, Stephen will focus on ensuring Counter’s London office and its reach across the South of England continues to grow in both profile and influence. He is passionate about making sure the market knows Counter is here to challenge expectations and disrupt traditional consultancy models.

He said his decision to join the business was driven by people first. “Everyone I spoke to before joining was aligned and authentic,” he said. “That made me commit even before I fully knew the shape of the role. It’s an exciting opportunity to help build something special.”
Joining him is Wilde, who takes up the role of talent and partnership consultant. She brings a strong academic background, with degrees in Psychology and International Relations, alongside a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy. She has built her career across recruitment and higher education, working in technical recruitment and talent coordination roles in both the UK and the US.
At Counter, Wilde will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their technical needs while also identifying consultants who align culturally as well as technically. Her focus will be on growing Counter’s network of engaged consultants and developing long-term client partnerships, helping to embed high-performing teams that solve real, meaningful technical challenges.
