West Yorkshire Police has launched an appeal

An appeal has launched to help find a 30-year-old man from Manchester. West Yorkshire Police have renewed their efforts to locate Pelumi, also known as Emmanuel.

He is described as a black male, about 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build with short black hair and a stubbly black beard. Pelumi was first reported missing on Monday, December 29 but was spotted in the Vyse Street area of Birmingham on Friday (January 23).

He was last seen wearing black trainers, blue socks, black joggers and a black jacket. He was carrying a black rucksack
