A Good Morning Britain star has announced her departure from the ITV programme in an emotional statement on Instagram.
Journalist Zoe Muldoon took to Instagram to share the news with her loyal followers. Along with some highlights from her career, Zoe penned, “Saying goodbye to Good Morning Britain……for now!
“Swapping the early mornings to report for the 6pm news @granadareports for the next 9-12 months, starting tomorrow.”
Zoe’s followers were quick to comment, with many sending their best wishes. One wrote, “Huge congrats, my darling.”
Another penned, “Congratulations and good luck with the change.”
While a third added, “No one better than you for this, congrats, guapa.”

Someone else went on, “Massive congratulations.”
Not only was Zoe a journalist for Good Morning Britain, but she is also Granada Reports’ Early Presenter and reporter. She’s previously worked in the newsrooms of ITV News Tyne Tees and ITV News Central.
ITV has seen some major changes in the previous months as Good Morning Britain is now on for an extra half an hour until 9.30am, while Lorraine has been cut to 30 mins and airs from 9.30am until 10am.
Andrew Pierce also confirmed his departure from GMB after 10 years, following speculation he was leaving.
In a social media post, Andrew said in response to a fan, “Not a suggestion. It’s a fact, next week sadly is my last on @gmb, but viewers can tune in to see me presenting on @GBNEWS from 9.30am Monday to Thursday.”
It has also recently been reported that GMB will be welcoming a new presenter to its line-up. It is believed that Paul Brand has stepped in to host the daytime show.
A source told The Sun that he was a “rising star”, adding: “He has been promoted and given a full-time presenter job on GMB.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
