Relm Insurance, an insurer focused on emerging industries, has announced the appointment of three senior executives to its leadership team: Becky Vernon as Chief Legal Officer, Henry Paddison as Chief Operating Officer, and Shane Doyle as Chief Underwriting Officer.
Vernon and Paddison will be based in Bermuda, while Doyle will be based in the United Kingdom.
These hires reflect Relm’s continuing investment in experienced leadership and in Bermuda, the insurer noted, expanding its underwriting and operational capabilities to cover innovative and emerging sectors.

Becky brings extensive experience in advising intricate businesses on a range of critical areas, including governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
With a background encompassing both operational and advisory capacities, she is skilled at supporting organisations through periods of expansion, transition, and increased regulatory scrutiny.

An experienced underwriter, Doyle brings a wealth of leadership experience across specialty insurance, with a focus on technical risk assessment and portfolio management.

Collectively, the three executives bring experience from a range of global reinsurers, specialty insurers, financial institutions, and professional services firms, including AXIS, Zurich, Ariel Re, MetLife, HSBC, and leading international law firms.
