A man is in police custody after a teenager was sexually assaulted in the Black Country.
The incident took place between 10am and 11.30am on Monday (February 2) on the canal near Groveland Road in Tipton.
A 37-year-old man was detained following a public appeal for information.

After he was detained this afternoon, the man remains in police custody on suspicion of sexual assault.
At the time of writing, the investigation is still ongoing.
