The Nolan Show
BBC NI’s Nolan Show has gone off air while live on the radio after citing a “blip” with their equipment in the studio.
The show was broadcasting as normal up until around 9.48am before the presenter made an announcement live on the programme that they were suffering technical issues.
Instead, listeners tuning into BBC Radio Ulster are hearing live broadcasting from BBC Five Live.

Speaking on the programme to listeners, presenter Stephen Nolan explained: “Some of the televisions have gone off in the studio, actually quite a lot of our equipment has gone down. Hopefully this is temporary.
“We can’t get guests up and we can’t get phones up. What we are going to do just until we get this fixed we are going to come to our colleagues in Five Live. Let us get this sorted, this blip and we will back here with the Nolan Show hopefully very very soon.”
