Calling all pie lovers, your dream job has arrived. Fancy becoming an official pie taster in Manchester? If you know your shortcrust from your flaky, this one is for you.
As Stables Tavern prepare to launch their new menu later this month, the team are looking for blind taste testers. It’s a rare opportunity, and a pretty good one too. Think Bake Off… without the cakes.
When is the tasting
You (and a plus one) will need to be available on Wednesday 18th February between 5-7pm, where you’ll sample a selection of Stable Tavern’s new homemade pies. You’ll share feedback, and help with the ultimate decision. Which of the selection sit at the top of the ‘pie chart.’
What’s included?
Have no fear, connoisseurs. Mash, greens and gravy are included as part of the experience. And don’t forget the pints! Located near Aviva Studios, Stables Tavern is home to a great selection of beers, so you can expect a pint (or two) as part of the experience.
For those interested, pie testers will be selected based on a simple application form. All you need to do is explain why you are the chosen one.
