A 57-year-old man has died after being found with serious injuries at an industrial estate in Salford. Police were called to reports of a concern for welfare Devonshire Road, Worsley on Monday morning (February 9).
The man was rushed to hospital but sadly died despite the best efforts of the emergency services. Police say the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for GMP said: “At around 6:18am this morning (Monday 9 February 2026), officers were called to reports of a concern for welfare at a premise on Devonshire Road, Worsley.
“A 57-year-old man was found with serious injuries and was taken to hospital. Despite the best efforts of emergency service personnel, the man sadly died.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
