LONDON- Emirates Airline (EK) has launched a fourth daily service between Dubai and London, expanding capacity and introducing its newest Airbus A350 service to Gatwick.
London Gatwick Airport (LGW) now receives Emirates’ A350 service, adding schedule flexibility and Premium Economy access for travelers between Dubai (DXB) and London.

Emirates A350 Lands in London
Emirates has introduced a fourth daily flight between Dubai and London Gatwick, marking the first time Gatwick receives the airline’s new Airbus A350 aircraft. The additional service complements the three existing daily A380 operations on the route.
The new service increases Emirates’ UK presence to 146 weekly flights, including 90 weekly services to London airports. This expansion strengthens connectivity for both corporate and leisure travelers while improving schedule flexibility.
Here’s a flight schedule:
- Flight EK069 departs Dubai at 17:05 and arrives in London Gatwick at 20:50.
- The return service, EK070, leaves Gatwick at 23:55 and lands in Dubai at 11:00 the following day.
The evening departure option adds convenience for passengers seeking better onward connections or flexible travel times.

Cabin Configuration and Passenger Experience
The Airbus A350-900 operating the new service features a three-class configuration:
- 32 lie-flat Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout
- 28 Premium Economy seats
- 238 Economy Class seats
Passengers benefit from Emirates’ latest onboard features, including wireless charging in Business Class, digital inflight menus, and electric window blinds displaying the Ghaf tree motif in premium cabins.
The next-generation ice entertainment system delivers content through high-resolution 4K screens with responsive touch functionality.

Gatwick becomes the second UK airport to receive Emirates’ A350 aircraft after Edinburgh began A350 operations earlier in 2025. The introduction signals continued investment in UK routes.
Emirates currently operates services to eight UK airports, more than in most other countries in its network. The airline continues to grow capacity to meet demand while upgrading aircraft deployed on key routes.
Up to 21 daily departures from UK airports are expected during peak periods this year, surpassing frequencies seen before 2020 and marking a milestone in Emirates’ UK operations.

Expanding Global A350 Network
London joins an expanding list of cities served by Emirates’ A350 fleet, including destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East such as Oslo, Mumbai, Istanbul, Muscat, and Edinburgh.
Further A350 deployments are planned in 2026, with cities including Rome, Copenhagen, Taipei, Phuket, Cape Town, and Helsinki scheduled to receive the aircraft as fleet deliveries continue.
