A musician whose band attracted ‘never seen before’ queues at the Utilita Arena on Easter Sunday is to return to Birmingham for a special ‘congregation’ in Dale End.
Tobias Forge, the frontman of Swedish rock band Ghost, is to appear at the HMV Vault in Dale End on Friday, July 4 for a hosted ‘in conversation’ event talking about the band’s latest album, Skeleta.
Fans of Ghost queued in their thousands to see the performers at the Utilita Arena on Sunday, April 20 for a five-star, phone-free performance.

A week later, dozens rushed to Lichfield for a midnight launch of the band’s sixth album, surprising an independent record seller.
Now Tobias will visit Dale End for a hosted ‘congregation’ event talking about the new record, scheduled to take place at 4pm.
The HMV Vault store is one of the last remaining businesses operating in Dale End following the sudden closure of Priory Square at the start of April.
The appearance comes the night before Tobias is expected to appear at Black Sabbath’s final gig at Villa Park Stadium.
Back To The Beginning will be Ozzy Osbourne’s final performance and a huge line-up of stars is expected to appear.
Tobias performs as a Pope-like character on stage with Ghost, changing guises for every new album with the band masked and anonymous.
The latest version of Tobias’ character is called Papa V Perpetua and the introduction of the latest iteration was made through announcement of the final Black Sabbath show.
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne revealed Papa V Perpetua would be joining the likes of Slayer, Anthrax and Metallica on stage for the all-day Villa Park event.
The show will be hosted by Hollywood star Jason Momoa and you can see the extensive line-up here.
Tickets to see Tobias Forge in conversation sold out within minutes of HMV announcing them.
